One-year lease only - no short-term lease. Tenants pay electricity directly by signing up for service with DTE at move-in. Electricity is based on usage and can range from $25-100/month.

Gas and water are paid by the building's management company, the tenant signs up for an account to find out the monthly amount paid for Gas + Water and then the tenant reimburses the owner for the monthly gas + water along with the monthly rent payment. There will be a late fee assessed by the owner to the tenant for any late utility reimbursements. The process is smooth and easy! The building has a HoA and the owner pays all the HoA dues i.e. the tenant does not pay for any HoA dues. The building has a large trash room at the parking level. This condo #203 is close to the stairway or is accessible via the elevator. The building is secured with a door code which is not given to any delivery service companies. The exterior and common areas are well maintained by the HoA board and all planting/maintenance is handled by the management company. This a safe, well-maintained small community with only 19 occupants in the building.

Rent is to be paid by the first of the month along with the monthly parking fee. The deposit is as listed and is collected at the signing of the lease. There are absolutely no pets allowed for tenants per the HoA policy.
