Charming house north of Ann Arbor

This spacious, fully-furnished cottage is located in the village of Whitmore Lake, 15 miles north of Ann Arbor. The cottage has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, several 'extra' rooms, and a large backyard. It sits across the street from an idyllic... lake, to which the property has deeded access. Highway US-23 passes through Whitmore Lake, offering a direct route to and from Ann Arbor.

In addition to the standard twelve-month lease, we offer a nine-month lease corresponding to the academic year. So if you choose to rent from us, you won't have to pay rent during the summer when classes are out, and you won't have to look for a subletter. The lease includes water and trash; you'll handle all other utilities. Parking is available on premise.
