Apartment Description

Forest Plaza is a beautiful 1920's vintage apartment building 2 blocks east of the Ross Business School. The building features 24 efficiency apartments and 34 one bedroom apartments. Most of the one bedroom apartments are about 725 square feet while... the efficiencies average about 500 square feet. All units are unfurnished. Residents enjoy card reader operated laundry facilities. Parking is quite limited and is available for a monthly fee with a signed one year parking lease. Every apartment in the building is available on a one year lease. Historically, the building enjoys a very high renewal rate and vacancies arise randomly throughout the calendar year - typically 60 to 90 days prior to availability. we look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and show you apartments at what is certainly one of the most desirable addresses around central campus.
