Geddes Hill Apartments (quiet, close to campus)

We are subleasing our apartment for the 2025 summer from May 05 to August 13, and can accommodate 4 people (either as a group or separate individuals)!

This is a quiet apartment located close to central campus (for reference, it's a 7 minute walk to...
the Central Campus Transit Center!), and the closest food options are on South University or Mosher Jordan Hall. This unit is fully furnished - including beds, a desk with a chair, couches, dining table and chairs, and a TV. There are 2 double bedrooms with a 3/4 dividing wall in between for privacy. This unit also has 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a surprisingly spacious living room. Please check the floor plan for a better visual! Additionally, this unit is on the first floor, and has a front porch with bike racks.

This apartment has all utilities covered except electricity, which amounted to about $15 per person in our experience this past year. Wifi is free (you'll just need to bring a router) and laundry is free too. There's a gym which has everything you need for a full body workout (and it's usually empty); a study room with a printer; a lounge with a huge couch and an even bigger TV; a game room with a ping pong table, pool table, and TV; and if you ever need something fixed, their maintenance team is very responsive.
