The Varsity

Hello there! I'm a current U-M student graduating this semester (start of May) and looking to sublease up to 2 bedrooms at The Varsity in a 2B2B apartment from as early as May 4th - July 24th. You can either rent for one of the rooms or have the... whole 2b2b unit to yourselves. The apartment is located near the heart of central campus and features spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Rent: $1000 per room per month (currently paying $1750/month) (all utilities included except water, sewage, and electricity, which is per monthly usage)

Location: 425 E Washington St, Ann Arbor. ~8 min walk to the nearest Blue Bus stop, 2 min walk to state street (Target, CVS, central campus restaurants), a parking garage right across the road, and many more. Overall, very very convenient and you can basically get to any building on central campus in under 20 min by walking.

Amenities: Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, Two Level Fitness Center (the gym is really nice and can virtually work any muscle group), yoga room, On-site Maintenance, Rooftop Terrace, Sky Lounge, Courtesy/Patrol Officer, Study Spaces.

Ideal for: Students, professionals, and anyone looking for a summer sublease.

Furnishing: Fully furnished, including TV, kitchen appliances, smart thermostat.
