Furnished 1/2 House for Summer

From April 25-August 20, my current 1/2 house on Parkwood Avenue will be available. It includes:
-Private Entrance
-Private Bath
-Private Bedroom w/bed, closet, and book shelves
-Private Furnished Living Room to include Sofa, Coffee table, 65” HD...
TV with BluRay, Microwave, and Refrigerator
-Driveway parking
-Washer & Dryer in basement, NO cost
-Rent will include ALL utilities, High Speed Internet, YouTubeTV, Netflix/Amazon Prime Movies, Hulu, Espn+, Disney+, and a collection of over 2,000 DVD movies.
-Shared kitchen (as long as you clean up after yourself)
Rent will be $850.00 per month for one person with a $850 security deposit.

The owner of the house lives in the other half of the house. He is a wonderful guy -- recently retired from the VA hospital. He's a college graduate, liberal, open-minded. He's looking for a quiet, tidy housemate. Bus lines 5 (to downtown) and 66 (to north campus) are nearby. I (female doctoral student, 37 years old) have lived here the past academic year and will return in the fall. I've enjoyed living in the house and getting to know the owner -- highly recommend!
